The unit is equipped with a fully automatic square bottom paper bag making machine with the technology of pasting the handles in-line with the production. This gives us the advantage of high quality output of the bags with an even finish. The strength of the bag will be higher compared to the conventional manual pasting method. The machine can manufacture one hundred thousand bags in a 12 hour shift with utmost quality.

This machine is a high speed multicolor Flexographic Machine that can provide very accurate registration and printing results. It can run at very high speeds upto 120m/min with very precise color registration. Rolls unwinding and rewinding are supported by auto tension and auto web guide controller for accuracy.
